Photo: Jack TranBrisbane’s market continues to strengthen based on the latest data release from data analyst Corelogic.The most recent Corelogic Property Indicator Survey reveals Brisbane home values rose 0.1 per cent during the past week, a figure in line with the 3.6 per cent gain measured over the past 12 months.With a median price of $495,000, Brisbane housing is 44 per cent cheaper than Sydney ($890,000) and 26 per cent less expensive than Melbourne ($665,000).Despite a slight drop in the weekly auction clearance rate to 59.8 per cent, the measure is almost nine points higher than the same result last year.Buyers are gathering under Hills hoists around the city.
