first_imgThe OnePlus 7 series is launching on May 14 and the company has already confirmed that there will be a Pro model. The OnePlus 7 Pro will bring a lot of the same hardware as the regular OnePlus 7, but with a few bonus features. With the OnePlus 7 Pro, you can expect a notchless curved display with a pop-up selfie camera and a triple camera setup on the back. This week, we get to see what the OnePlus 7 Pro will really look like thanks to some leaked official renders courtesy a couple of well-known tipsters.Both Roland Quandt of WinFuture and tipter Ishan Agarwal posted what look like official renders of the OnePlus 7 Pro around the same time on Thursday. The pictures keep in line with what past reports have told us, and there is good reason to believe this will be the final design of the OnePlus 7 Pro. OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has referred to the display as a “breakthrough panel” possibly because it is rumoured to come with a 90Hz refresh rate for a super smooth experience similar to what you get on some gaming phones like the Razer Phone.advertisementThe glass back panel is curved as well, which comes as no surprise. We see a vertical triple camera setup with the LED flash just below and the OnePlus logo below the flash. As per the WinFuture report, the camera system will include a 48MP primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 16MP ultra wide-angle secondary camera and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The selfie camera that sits within a pop-up mechanism will offer a 16MP f/2.0 sensor.The OnePlus 7 Pro is said to come in Nebula Blue and Mirror Black colours as the renders show. Agarwal also claims that there will be an Almond colour option as well, although there are no renders for that option.Both the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro are expected to pack a Snapdragon 855 chipset. The regular OnePlus 7 may come with up to 8GB of RAM, while the OnePlus 7 Pro will offer up to 12GB of memory. The OnePlus 7 Pro is also said to house a larger 4,000mAh battery and both the models are tipped to support 30W Warp Charge fast charging. Lastly, only the Pro model is said to come with a 5G variant as well.The OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro will be announced on May 14 at several locations simultaneously. In India, the company will be holding the launch event in Bengaluru. Fans can also pre-book the OnePlus 7 Pro in India starting May 3 at 12pm by purchasing a OnePlus 7 Pro gift card of Rs 1,000 on Amazon India.
